Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator with 1-2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within the F&B industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual aesthetic sense, excellent project management skills, and the ability to handle shoot and production management. This role requires someone who is fun, quirky, witty, and adaptable to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Oversee and manage creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.

  • Shoot & Production Management: Coordinate and manage all aspects of shoots and productions, including scheduling, logistics, and on-set direction.
  • Talent & Model Management: Handle the recruitment, coordination, and management of talent and models for various projects.
  • Moodboard & Storyboard Creation: Develop moodboards and storyboards to visualize and plan shoots effectively.
  • Creative Direction: Provide clear and effective direction during shoots, ensuring the creative vision is realized.
  • Briefing Copywriters & Designers: Create detailed briefs for copywriters and designers, ensuring all creative elements align with the brand's vision.
  • Verbal & Written Skills: Communicate effectively with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing.
  • Social Media & Advertising: Understand social media platforms, advertising strategies, and the creation of engaging paid ad visuals.
  • Presentation Creation: Develop compelling presentations to showcase creative concepts and project outcomes.
  • Fun & Adaptable: Thrive in a fun, dynamic setting and adapt to odd shoot hours as needed.

Desired Skill & Expertise

  • 1-2 years of experience in a creative role, preferably in the F&B industry.
  • High visual aesthetic sense and understanding of brand principles.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Experience in shoot and production management.
  • Proficiency in talent and model management.
  • Strong skills in moodboard and storyboard creation.
  • Ability to provide effective shoot and creative direction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and advertising strategies.
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Fun, quirky, and witty personality.
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with flexible hours.
  • Marketing, Art, Film or AV Production graduate preferred.
  • Possession of a driving license is a plus, but not compulsory.
